     摘要：目的丁香酚凝胶剂的制备工艺与初步质量评价。方法用卡波姆-940作基质，三乙醇胺为中和剂，加入丁香酚制成凝胶剂；采用紫外分光光度法以及气相色谱法直接测定凝胶剂中丁香酚的含量。结果制备的凝胶剂，细腻、光洁透明、稳定性好、释放药物快，且含量测定简单易行。结论该凝胶剂配方合理，符合《中国药典》2000版的规定，适宜于痤疮的治疗。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the prescription and quality assessment of Eugenol Acne Gelata.MethodsCarbopol-940 was used as base,and trithanolamine as neutralizer, Eugenol was added into the hydrogel;UV spectrophotometry and gas chromatography was used to measure the drug content of hydrogel.ResultsThe gelata was homogenous,transparent and stable.The drug released quickly,and the determination of content was simple and rapid.ConclusionThe formulation of the gelata is reasonable and coincident with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000.The gelata is suitable for remedy of acne. ......
