苔藓净对口腔扁平苔藓患者血液流变学的影响及疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察苔藓净对口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者血液流变学的影响及临床疗效。方法 选择中医辨证为阴虚有热、脉络瘀阻的OLP患者42例，给予中药苔藓净，每日1剂，水煎服，疗程3个月。治疗前后采取患者外周静脉血，分别进行血液流变学检查，同时观察治疗效果。结果 OLP患者42例，痊愈1例，有效35例，无效6例，有效率85.7%。同时患者全血黏度(高切与低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原5项血液流变学指标较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 苔藓净治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效显著，且不良反应少，对OLP患者的血液流变学指标改善明显。【关键词】 口腔扁平苔藓；苔藓净；血液流变学；中医药疗法
Clinical observation of Taixianjing Decoction on hemorheology of the patients with oral lichen planus GAO Yi. Department of Stomatology, Hospital of TCM, Hebei, Shijiazhuang 050011
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect and the influence of Taixianjing Decoction on hemorheology of patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods Fortytwo patients with OLP were orally adminstratied Taixianjing Decoction once a day. Three months was referred as a treatment course. The clinical effect was observed and the change of hemorheology was investigated before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 85.7%. The level of whole blood viscocity, blood plasma viscocity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformability and fibrinogen significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.01或P<0.05). While erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit did not change (P>0.05). Conclusion Taixianjing Decoction may improve the hemorheology of OLP patients and has an obvious therapeutic effect on OLP. ......
