     摘要：目的观察疏肝舒乳颗粒治疗乳腺增生症综合治疗效果及其临床应用价值。方法将乳腺增生症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各1 280例。分别经疏肝舒乳颗粒和乳核散结片治疗。部分病例进行了疏肝舒乳颗粒治疗前后的影象学及间接组织学对照研究。结果经60 d治疗后，治疗组总有效率为97%，明显高于对照组的73%；高频声像图检查，138例乳腺增生症疏肝舒乳颗粒治疗前后，血流信号检出率分别为45.65%及19.56%。总有效率92.75；组织学检查，治疗和未治疗组Ⅱ～Ⅲ级病变分别为4例和24例，治疗组0级11例, 未治疗组无0级病变。MP53的阳性表达，治疗组阳性率9%(3/33)；未治疗组阳性率39.39%(13/33)。治疗组和对照组相比，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论疏肝舒乳颗粒治疗乳腺增生症效果显著，能使增生的腺上皮恢复正常或萎缩消失，使MP53阳性表达下调，可在临床推广应用。

    Observations of Treatment Effects on Hyperplastic Disease of Breast with ShuGanShuRu Granules

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the treatment effects on hyperplastic disease of breast(HDB) with ShuGanShuRu Granules(SGSR) and investigate the clinical values of SGSR.MethodsThe patients with HDB were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with SGSR) and controlled group (treated with RuHeSanJiePian) 1 280 cases respectively. Some cases were examined by high frequency ultrasonography(HFU) and by indirect contrast of human histopathology before and after treatment of SGSR.ResultsAfter a 60daytreatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%, much higher than that of the controlled group, which was 73%; HFU blood flow signal detected rates in 138 cases before and after treatment were 45.65% and 19.65% respectively; histopathologically after treatment with SGSR the epithelia of proliferation and hyperplasia returned normal or atrophicly disappeared and the positive rate of MP53 was reduced to 9% from 39.39% of untreated group. There were statistical differences (P<0.01).ConclusionSGSR is a kind effective drug to treat HDB and prevent breast carcinoma. It can not only restrain the dysrplasia of duct epithelia and lobules of breast but also make the positive rate of MP53 decline noticeably. The treatment is suitable for clinic use. ......
