     摘要：目的通过实验研究癌痛宁巴布剂苦参碱含量测定方法，建立制剂质量标准，确保制剂质量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定制剂中苦参碱含量。结果方法稳定、可靠，其中苦参碱平均回收率为95.44%(RSD=2.20%)。结论该方法可作癌痛宁巴布剂的质量标准。

    Determination of Matrine in Ai-tong Ning by HPLC

    Abstract：ObjectiveExperimental study on quality standard of Aitong Ning.MethodsThe content of matrineas in Ai-tong Ning was determined by RP-HPLC.ResultsThe quality standard study indicated that the method is sensitive,reproducible and proprietary.The average recovery was 95.44%(RSD=2.20%)for Matrine.ConclusionThe new method can be used as quality standard of Aitong Ning.
