摘要:目的:鉴定山东产瓜蒌的不同农家品种,并探讨它们的亲缘关系。方法:利用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对山东产瓜蒌的不同农家品种、野生种及湖北栝楼进行种子蛋白电泳分析,并绘制指纹图谱。结果:山东产瓜蒌不同农家品种和野生种种子的蛋白电泳图谱具有多条共有带,而与湖北栝楼图谱差异显著。结论:种子蛋白电泳分析可用于瓜蒌不同农家栽培品种的辅助鉴别,仁瓜蒌与牛心瓜蒌、小光蛋与野瓜蒌彼此间亲缘关系较近。关键词:瓜蒌; 农家栽培品种; 种子蛋白; SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳
Analysis of Seed Protein Electophoresis of Farm Cultivars of Fructus Trichosanthis from Shandong

Abstract:Objective:To determine different cultivars of Fructus Trichosanthis in Shandong, and explore their genetic relationships.Methods: SDS-polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis was employed to analyze the seed protein of different cultivars and wild plant of Fructus Trichosanthis from Shandong and Trichosanthes hubehensis, and the finger-prints were established.Results:There were many common bands among different cultivars and wild plant of Fructus Trichosanthis, but T. hubehensis was far different from them.Conclusion:Analysis of seed protein electophoresis can be used to diagnosis farm cultivars of Fructus Trichosanthis,and there are closer relationships between Niuxin Gualou with Ren Gualou, and Xiao Guang-dan with wild sample. ......
