海普林软膏外涂消除静脉输液药液渗漏肿痛的临床观察

摘要：目的 探讨更简便有效的消除静脉输液药液渗漏肿痛的方法。方法 选择符合标准的静脉输液药液渗漏肿痛的患者100例，根据肿痛的面积和疼痛的程度随机配对分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组用海普林软膏外涂治疗，对照组用50%硫酸镁湿敷，观察两组肿痛消除的时间。结果 ①与对照组比较，观察组肿胀消退时间差异有明显的统计学意义(χ2=9.34,p<0.05)。②疼痛消除的时间差异有极显著的统计学意义(χ2=13.25,p<0.01)。结论 海普林软膏外涂消除静脉输液药液渗漏肿痛的效果优于50%硫酸镁湿敷，且操作简便，可应用于静脉输液药液渗漏肿痛的患者。

【Abstract】Objective To study simple and effective methods of alleviating the vein infusion durg-dip leakage gall.Methods 100 patients who accords with standard vein infusion grug-dip leakage gall were chosen.According to the tumefaction area and the ache degree,these patients are random diveded into the observation group and the control group,and veery group is 50 patients.The observation group treats with the Heparin Sodium Cream outside scribbles.on the other hand,the control group treats with the 50% Bittrer Salt Hydropathic compress.Then observe the time difference in alleviating galls between the two groups.Results ①Compared with control group,observing the time difference in alleviating the organic gall has obvious statistics significance(χ2=9.34,p<0.05).②The time difference in alleviating the ache has the extremely remarkable statistical significance(χ2=13.25,p<0.01).Conclusions The resulte indicate that the Heparin Sodium Gream outside scrbbles had a better effect on the alleviating the evin infusion drugdip leakage gall than that of the Heparin Sodium Gream outside scribbles is simple and convenient,and it is suitable to the patients at risk for vein infusion drug-dip leakage gal. ......
