    摘要:继续医学教育是开发人力资源的一种手段，在以人为本的知识经济时代，对医学人才的开发工作已成为当务之急，而医学图书馆将依靠自身独特的优势为继续医学教育提供文献信息资源保障，因此，医院图书馆在继续医学教育中作用是不可忽视的。
